Solventless Processing Information

Pricing Structure

Our pricing operates on a sliding scale based on the volume and complexity of your processing request. Operating costs for our lab remain relatively consistent whether we’re processing 1 lb or 40 lbs, so the more material you provide, the lower your cost per unit.

Standard Pricing Range

$90 – $500 per 450 grams

Pricing is also influenced by the level of detail in your processing instructions. For example, runs that are kept full-spectrum and finished uniformly are less labor-intensive and therefore more cost-effective than batches requiring individual micron separation and separate
pressing.

We’re reasonable, transparent, and flexible—happy to work with you to find the best pricing for your needs.

Cart Filling Services

We offer professional vape cart filling services and can accommodate either your hardware or ours — it makes no difference to us.

Filling Rate: $1.00 per cart

No additional fees for decarbing or prep work.

Processing Timeline

Processing time from drop-off or pickup to finished product typically takes 10–15 days, depending on the resin’s unique curing needs.

The cold cure process can vary

Minimum Cure Time: 5 days
Extended Cure Time: Up to 3–4 weeks (rare)

You’re welcome to retrieve your product as soon as it’s pressed and jarred if you’d prefer to cure it yourself. We’re happy to complete the cure on our end at no extra charge.
Please note: turnaround time may vary based on the quantity and type of material dropped off.

Best Practices for Harvesting Fresh Frozen Water Hash

To achieve the highest yield and quality, we recommend the following harvesting and storage procedures:

Cut buds to golf ball size to maximize surface area. Handle gently. Avoid compressing or vacuum-sealing the material, as this can negatively affect yield, color, and overall quality.
Bag loosely. Pack material in a light, fluffy manner—never overpacked or compressed.
Initial freezing: Place bags into the freezer immediately after packing. Leave bags open for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow moisture and gases to escape. Then seal. Do not stack bags during initial freezing. Once fully frozen, they may be stacked or stored in bins for transport.
Maintain frozen state during transport. If your material thaws, yield and quality will suffer.

For best results:
– Maintain frozen state during transport. If your material thaws, yield and quality will suffer.

For best results:
-Use a portable freezer if available.
-Dry ice in a cooler is effective.
-For short trips, standard coolers with ice packs can suffice.
-Label each batch using tags—paper or tape is preferred over writing directly on the bags.

While we understand that every grower has their own systems and limitations, following these guidelines ensures the best results from
your fresh frozen material.
